Sometimes, it's good to be different
In the small village of Desiro, eighteen-year-old Flick discovers an unsettling problem: the Oddballs - a group of people possessing unique powers - in his town are vanishing without a trace. Kidnapped, stolen, whatever the cause, they're gone, just like that. And Flick wants to discover why.

When Flick's best friend, Beau, is the next victim to vanish, Flick and a motley group of other Oddballs, each one bringing their own special power to the plan, launch into action to rescue their people whatever the cost.

Will the group of peculiar friends succeed, or will the hunger for power destroy them first?
